Ah, that old nail in the head trick. Works every time. Ho Meng-hua completes his horror trilogy by returning to Black Magic. This in name only sequel brings back most of the cast from Black Magic, but as different characters. He ramps up the wonderful grotty parts, keeps the nudity but happily adds zombies and kung fu. It makes for great fun and except for a lull in the middle, he keeps jacking it up to a great ending. Why waste time. In the opening scene, a group of young Malaysian village girls take off their tops and jump into the river to cool off.  Crocodiles immediately yell out dinner time. One girl becomes the appetizer before the others get out. There isn't any real point to this scene other than the bare breasts and introducing the good White Magician played by veteran Shaw actor Yang Chi-ching who is a wandering priest. He will show up later though a bit tardy. The action shifts to the city where Ti Lung and his wife Tanny Tien have arrived from Hong Kong at the invitation of their friends Lin Wei-tu and his wife played by Lily Li. Lin has invited his doctor friend because of strange illnesses that are showing up at the hospital. Patients with weird pulsating growths or worms inside them. Lin suggests maybe this is due to black magic but the other couple just laugh. Are we not modern men? But those worms.

And in fact, not far from where Lin lives is a black magic practitioner played by Lo Lieh with relish in a lovely cozy two-story home. A truly evil bastard with a basement filled with corpses and wooden dolls. He is 80 years old but doesn't look a day over 30. How, inquiring minds ask? Simple. Mother's milk. A glass a day keeps the wrinkles away. Zombies can't help there, so he uses spells to hypnotize poor Lily to come over to his place. Another potion and her breasts grow filled with milk and the next day she has a baby. A grotesque ball of slime and blood. And Ti Lung still doesn't believe. What the hell proof do you need? Tanny suggests that they have Lo Lieh put a love spell on her from Lin. Great idea guys. Really funny. These two are the worst husbands in the world. Soon Tanny and Lin are going at it in a hotel room and finally Ti Lung goes, maybe there is black magic. Ya, you idiot. How do you think my girl friend gets me to do the dishes. Someday, I am going to ask her why I have a nail in my head.

Lots of weird shit. Lo Lieh controls his zombies by pulling out a nail from the top of their head to revitalize them and bring back their looks. When he wants them to sleep, he puts the nail back in and they get corpse like. One of his zombies is Terry Lau who he orders to sleep with Frankie Wei, but something goes wrong and during sex, she turns back to an ugly corpse. Frankie demands his money back. You don't ask for a refund from a black magician. When the White Magician finally turns up, he tells Ti Lung, these should help fight Lo Lieh and plucks out his own eyeballs. Ti Lung and Lo Lieh trade a few punches and kicks which is always welcome.
