Athena Chu Pictures
Athena is one of the most popular and lovely actresses
in HK these days. Born in 1971, her first role was in the Stephen Chow
film Fight Back to School II. I remember seeing that a while back and being
floored by her classic good looks, but I have to say I had not really been
that impressed by her acting. She just didn't seem to take roles that challanged
or stretched her. Until H.K Triad. This film came out in 1999 and Athena
goes from bobby sox teenager to an embittered wife and she does an excellent
job. Another good performance came in the horror film Horoscope I: The
Voice from Hell.
Apparently, she is also into singing as it
seems most of the actresses are eventually in HK. Here are some pictures
