Overall, I felt it
was pretty mediocre though I enjoyed parts of it. It is sort of an action/comedy
with the emphasis on lame comedy. It stars Michael Chow who plays the same
Manga character that Jackie Chan plays in City Hunter - Ryu Saeba. It did
have the added ingredient of some attractive female actresses - Francoise
Yip (Rumble in the Bronx) and Pauline Suen - but not enough to make this
a buy movie - maybe a rental. Also some action thrown in. Chow is just an
actor that I tire of very quickly on the screen for some reason .
