What your feelings are about Trump will decide
what you think about this documentary that tells the story of Putin's rise
to power, his antagonism and interference against Western democracies and
Trump's ties to Russia that go way back to his dealings with the Russian
mob. If you are part of Trump's Cult you will scream Fake News as your Leader
has instructed you to, but if like me you think he is a lying, immoral sociopath
who will do anything for money, power and pussy, then you will buy into most
of this. There is no doubt that the film is taking sides - as in anti-Putin,
pro-democracy and Trump is guilty as hell - and it uses the power of interviews,
photos, video to push these opinions - some of it unnecessary and unfair
in my mind - but it is also filled with a narrative and facts (not alternative
facts) to substantiate much of this. But I hope and expect that we will find
out just how true this is when Mueller releases his findings.
